I am truly so glad you’re exploring healing resources at this important time in your life. It takes incredible courage and strength to seek support, and I wholeheartedly commend you! Opening up to someone new—or even again—can feel overwhelming and vulnerable, as you share your sacred story with another person.

If you would like to explore more, I encourage you to take a moment to review what I have to offer to see if anything resonates with you. Should you find something that speaks to your heart or piques your interest, I invite you to reach out and inquire further. It is my sincere hope, at the very least, to serve as a gentle conduit of grace, guiding you toward the right supports and resources that can best assist you in living a more fulfilling, embodied, and integrative life.

With gratitude,

This book has transformed my life, and given me the tools to not bypass my feelings and keep going through the same cycles, but taught me how to really feel safe with all my emotions and rewrite my inner stories and bring all my wounds to Jesus to be healed, loved, heard and transformed

Restoring Your Wounded Heart: The Meditation

My latest book is here!

This book began with a question I carried for a long time:

What, exactly, does trauma wound within us—and what is God restoring when He heals?

I knew what it was like to believe deeply in the love of God and still struggle to feel loved. To know I was safe and still feel braced for something to go wrong. To want connection and simultaneously protect myself from it. To pray for healing and wonder why parts of my heart still felt afraid, guarded, numb, or far away.

I believed in redemption. I believed that Christ makes all things new but I wanted language for what happens between the wounding and the restoration.

That longing became Restoring Your Wounded Heart.

I wrote this book to help us understand trauma not simply as something that happened to us, but as something that can affect the way we experience ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, the world around us, and even God.

And, more importantly, I wanted to explore what it can look like to invite God into those wounded places.
