The Fully Alive Coaching Program
Integrative Catholic Coaching that helps you heal body + soul.
The Fully Alive Coaching Program is a 12-week coaching program designed to help people with attachment injuries, complex grief, trauma, and deep wounding experience healing.
Through structure, psycho-education, intuitive support, relational-healing, integration, and trauma-informed care, you’ll have the opportunity to better understand yourself and the different child-parts of you, experience more self-compassion, and God’s tender mercy.
“Engaging in inner child work has been a transformative experience for me. This process allowed me to reconnect with my inner child, adolescent self, and adult self, uncovering deep-seated emotions and memories that I had long buried. Through guided exercises and self-reflection, I learned to address and heal past traumas, significantly improving my emotional well-being. By acknowledging the fears and insecurities of my younger self, I was able to release negative patterns and beliefs that were holding me back. This framework provides the tools to be successful and apply the meditations and exercises on your own. It's life-changing!”

Do you struggle to experience peace? Do you sometimes feel so divided inside?
Division is the result of disintegration. It’s what happens when people can’t come together, work together, and experience God’s love.
Within our own selves, we have a system that can be very divisive. A system, where “parts” of us can’t come together, work together, and experience God’s love.
As a result, these parts can create disorder and fragmentation within us, just like we see in different systems in our world.
Without integration and peace, there is chaos. Interiorly, this can feel like we are being pulled in different directions. It might sound loud and disorienting. The “voices” inside our head might overpower the voice of God. Our body might hold pain, discomfort and stress, no matter how many positive experiences we have. We might feel stuck. Stuck in dysfunctional patterns of behavior. Stuck in dysfunctional cycles. Stuck in dysfunctional relational dynamics. We might know what we should do but fail to do it. Or we might even have wonderful spiritual practices, but struggle regulating our emotions when we feel stressed or triggered.
In the Fully Alive Coaching program you’ll get to know these parts well and have the opportunity to bring order and peace. Together, we’ll explore your Imago Dei, Wounded Child, Angry Child/ Adolescent Self, and Spirit Led Adult Self and we’ll learn how each of these parts can aid in our healing and wholeness, and create a inner system that helps outer systems (our families, communities, Church) experience healing and peace too.
“Truly I tell you unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
-Matthew 18:3
Imagine living life fully alive.
Imagine a life where you aren’t easily triggered, or dysregulated. A life where you feel secure and anchored. You are aware of how your body is communicating to you and what you need, feel, and want. You feel capable to support the different parts of yourself as distressing emotions, feelings, thoughts, and memories come up. You are connected to yourself, God, and others. You are comfortable with your imperfections and can embrace your humanity. You are able to live balanced, making space for what brings you joy as well as what breaks your heart and moves you to self-compassion. You are able to be spiritually and emotionally mature. Childlike and an Adult. Capable and yet comfortable admitting your limitations. Resilient and adaptive, and yet also constantly in need of loving correction and support. Imagine a life where you aren’t tossed around by the “winds and waves” but safely held in God’s hands. A life where you know you are loved not just cognitively but in every fiber of your being. A life where faith and hope is embodied.
The 5 A’s: anchoring, acknowledging, attuning, asking, and acting- THE KEY TO HEALING.
After exploring your Inner Child and the different parts of your Inner Child you will have the opportunity to explore Brya Hanan’s 5 A Imaginative Prayer Method to bring order and healing to your child-parts.
An experiential and integrated experience.
As you engage with your Pastoral Counselor, you will have the opportunity to not only practice new tools to care for yourself but you’ll receive the gift of authentic witnessing.
Your Pastoral Counselor will help you grow in safety and security, by helping you feel seen, heard, and known. They will reflect back what they’re hearing and bear witness with you to all the different parts of you, including their joys, hopes, sorrows, grief, anger, and fear.
They will help you name and identify what parts are coming up and create space for what they hold, and what they need. They will also support you in bringing you closer to your identity as God’s child and prayerfully bring you back to your Healer.
I have personally and professionally seen the positive effects of inner child work.
I, Brya Hanan, started engaging in “Inner Child work” in my personal therapy when I was in graduate school. When I started to identify my Inner Child and experience her, I felt awakened to a whole new approach to better understand my story and love the woman whom God made me to be.
After years of struggling with self-sabotage, self-criticism, and self-abandonment, I felt like I finally discovered the secret to changing the way my mind thinks and becoming a better friend and parent to myself.
When I started my work as a Psychotherapist I started learning more about Inner Child work and discovered ways to integrate it with my faith. I then began bringing my newfound knowledge to my clients. Within just one session of Inner Child work, I could see my clients eyes begin to open wider. They could see things they couldn’t see before, and all of their negative behaviors and distressing emotions were starting to make more sense.
Over time, these clients started to heal. They started becoming more compassionate towards themselves and had more courage to change behavior that was no longer helping them to survive. I had never seen such powerful results with other psychotherapy modalities and treatments.
I began formalizing what I had put into practice through a coaching program. The past couple of years, before the launch of my book, “Befriending Your Inner Child: A Catholic Approach to Healing and Wholeness” I led clients through what I now call, “Spirit-Led Inner Child Work” and noticed that clients benefited from a more formalized approach.
Then, with the success of my book and advertisement on social media, the word of my process has spread, creating a need to get this work out to others.
As a participant of this program, you are receiving the gift of the Lord’s healing in my life through this process and what I have seen in the healing work I have been able to accomplish with clients.
You are receiving the gift of the Lord’s power to transform our pain into God’s promise.
“I've loved getting to know and understanding the different parts of my inner child and how they come up in my daily life. It's given me tools to work on my relationships, most importantly with myself and God.”
